Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed. The location is frequently praised for its convenience to highways and nearby amenities. Some guests mention friendly and helpful staff, and a few found the breakfast acceptable. However, cleanliness is a major concern, with multiple reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, pests, and maintenance issues. The pool and some amenities were often unavailable or poorly maintained. Service experiences varied, with some guests noting helpfulness and others reporting poor management or unhelpful responses. Overall, while the location and some staff interactions are positives, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and facility upkeep.
