Guests say
The majority of guests reported significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, stained towels and bedding, and unpleasant odors. Many also complained about poor service, describing staff as rude, unhelpful, or unprofessional. Several reviews mentioned a lack of basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, and functioning TVs or WiFi, as well as misleading advertising about available facilities.
