Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing poor service, unclean rooms, maintenance issues, and unprofessional staff. Cleanliness was a major concern, with multiple complaints about dirty rooms, mold, and unpleasant odors. However, some guests appreciated the hotel's location near the sea, the quality and variety of breakfast, and the pool area. A few reviews mentioned friendly staff and good value for money, but these positives were overshadowed by recurring negative experiences.

Cons (-) I cannot believe that this is rated as a 5 start hotel. The rooms are old and filthy. The staff, insanely rude and unfriendly. Imagine the front desk not saying good morning to you, or calling reception and hearing "Yea" instead of hello or your name. As if you are doing them a favor. The buffet is limited and extremely expensive. This hotel is for the older crowd to whom they are also rude.
