Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to the beach and local amenities as a major advantage. The staff also received positive remarks for their friendliness and helpfulness. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with several guests mentioning issues such as dirty floors, old furniture, and inconsistent housekeeping. Some guests also found the room sizes and amenities lacking, especially for larger groups or longer stays. Despite these drawbacks, the convenient location and attentive service stood out as highlights for many visitors.
