Many also complimented the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the spacious and well-equipped rooms in several reviews. However, a significant number of guests were disappointed by the lack of an elevator, which made access difficult, especially with heavy luggage or for those on higher floors. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests finding their rooms spotless while others noted issues with superficial cleaning and maintenance.
