Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for events, restaurants, and downtown activities. The staff were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, often going out of their way to resolve issues. Many guests found the beds to be very comfortable and the rooms generally clean. However, some reviews noted concerns about value for price, with complaints about high rates, unexpected charges, and certain amenities not meeting expectations. I could tell that my room was renovated, but my main issue was with the shower seal not properly closing. The shower would leak water all over the floor. Not only was it a hazard, but it was uncomfortable to step onto a wet floor or a soaking wet towel that was trying to soak up water.

Pros (+) From the time I arrived until my departure the staff was the best. All questions were addressed on the spot. They were able to direct me to some of the best eating locations and their restaurant was one of the best I've experienced.

Pros (+) Everything about the hotel was nice. Normally I wouldn't stay in such a pricey hotel but all the hotels in the area that weekend had the prices jacked way up so I thought, "might as well get a hotel that's worth that money" Staff is very friendly and accomodating and it's so close to so much great stuff in town
Cons (-) The breakfast isn't complimentary so beware. It's totally setup like a free breakfast but then you get the bill for $16... i was kind of shocked by that. I would have eaten somewhere else had I known that
