Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring town, accessing the scenic railway, and walking to restaurants and shops. The pool and evening drinks were popular amenities, especially for families. While some guests appreciated the breakfast, opinions were mixed, with several mentioning limited selection or quality. Service was generally described as friendly, though a few guests experienced issues with staff communication and room changes. Cleanliness and room size received positive remarks, but noise from AC units and the pool area was a concern for some. Overall, the hotel provided good value and amenities for most visitors.
