Most guests appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff, with several mentioning comfortable beds and clean rooms. However, many reviews raised serious concerns about safety, citing the presence of homeless camps, break-ins, and a generally unsafe neighborhood. Cleanliness was also a major issue, with multiple guests reporting dirty rooms, mold, bugs, and water damage. The location was often criticized for being in a bad area, though a few guests liked its proximity to local attractions. Overall, positives were limited to staff service and occasional room comfort, while negatives centered on safety and cleanliness.
