Pros (+) Availability of rooms. We had nearly 20 people in our party and needed somewhere to stay unexpectedly. They were able to accommodate us with five rooms, each with two double beds, with no notice.
Cons (-) Construction caused some minor inconvenience as it was not initially obvious that the facility was in operation (we thought me might be at the wrong place).
