Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's convenient location and the spaciousness of the rooms. However, a significant number of reviews highlighted serious cleanliness issues, including dirty carpets, stained linens, unpleasant odors, and the presence of bugs. While some guests found the beds comfortable and the staff helpful, others noted problems with room maintenance, outdated furnishings, and safety concerns. Overall, the positives were the location and room size, but cleanliness was a major drawback.

Pros (+) Spacious
Cons (-) The 2 room bedroom suite was on the main level and smelled very musty, like there was a moisture problem behind the scenes, and there were several spiders in the main area, bedrooms and bathroom.

Pros (+) I honestly thought it was just going to be any other typical hotel room for 160 a night. Boy was I wrong! II got a mini apartment with EVERY SINGLE amenity. Super clean, great breakfast buffet, super friendly staff. Next year when I come back for the Arnold Classic, not only will I be staying at sonesta again, I'll be extending my stay!
