Pros (+) Nice hotel in a good location relative to the rest of Dublin.
Cons (-) There is a club/bar downstairs that stays extremely noisy throughout the night. Closing the windows only does so much. A new tram service has also opened which adds another level of noise fairly late into the night.

Cons (-) Party hotel for drinkers. Loud and noise everyday of the week.
