Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for city exploration and access to attractions. Many appreciated the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, a major recurring complaint was the non-functioning elevator, which caused inconvenience, especially for those with rooms on higher floors. Noise from nearby bars and the street was also a common issue for guests seeking a quieter stay. Overall, the positives centered on location, cleanliness, and service, while elevator issues and noise were the main drawbacks.
