Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's cleanliness and amenities, noting that the facilities, pools, and activities for children were highlights of their stay. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and the all-inclusive experience was generally appreciated. However, several guests reported dissatisfaction with the level of service, inconsistencies in staff professionalism, and issues such as unclear communication, slow response to requests, and problems at check-in. Some guests also felt that the value for price was lacking, citing unexpected extra charges and a decline in service standards compared to previous visits. Overall, while the hotel offers enjoyable amenities and a clean environment, improvements in service and transparency could enhance the guest experience.
