Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are overwhelmingly negative, with the most frequent complaints focusing on poor service, unhelpful or rude staff, and a lack of professionalism at the reception. Cleanliness is a major issue, as many guests report dirty rooms, bad odors, pest infestations, and inadequate housekeeping. The bathrooms are often described as dirty, poorly maintained, with broken fixtures and unpleasant smells. Other recurring problems include malfunctioning air conditioning, lack of amenities, and poor value for money. Only a few reviews mention anything positive, such as a convenient location or low price, but these are far outweighed by the negative experiences reported by most guests.
