Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews highlight significant cleanliness and maintenance issues, with many citing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and linens, pest problems, and poor housekeeping. Service is often described as slow, unprofessional, or unhelpful, though a few staff members receive praise for their friendliness. On the positive side, the hotel's location is convenient for public transport and nearby amenities, and some guests appreciate the spaciousness of certain rooms and the affordable pricing. However, overall guest satisfaction is low due to persistent hygiene, service, and facility concerns.
