Guests consistently praise the hotel's exceptional cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, and convenient location near the city center and parks. Many appreciate the secure parking options and thoughtful touches like air conditioning and complimentary refreshments. While breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some finding it adequate and others considering it lacking, the overall experience is positive, with guests highlighting comfort, quietness, and value for families. Some minor issues include unfriendly reception and limited breakfast variety, but these do not overshadow the hotel's strengths.
