Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for ferry travelers, and found the staff to be friendly and helpful in resolving issues. The pool was a welcome amenity for many. However, some guests were disappointed by outdated or unclean bathrooms, inconsistent room cleanliness, and problems with breakfast options. Noise and maintenance issues, such as fire alarms and water pressure, were also mentioned. Overall, the hotel is valued for its practicality and service, though some facilities could use updating.
