Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's convenient location and the friendliness of the staff, which many found helpful and accommodating. However, there is strong dissatisfaction with the advertised breakfast, as many guests reported that it was not available despite being promised. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests noting clean rooms while others mentioned issues like dirty bathtubs, roaches, or hair on linens. Overall, the positive aspects are the location and service, but the lack of breakfast and occasional cleanliness concerns detract from the experience.
