Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for events and travel, and some enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and views, such as rooms facing the golf course. However, many reviews noted significant issues with cleanliness, outdated rooms, uncomfortable beds, and disappointing breakfast options. Service experiences were mixed, with some staff receiving compliments and others criticized for unprofessional or discriminatory behavior. The overall impression is that while the location is a strong point, the hotel would benefit from updates and improved maintenance.
