Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central and convenient location, making it easy to access public transport and city attractions. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, including unclean rooms and bathrooms. Service is often described as lacking, with limited reception hours and unresponsive staff. The elevator's restricted operating times cause inconvenience, especially for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Additionally, the absence of breakfast and related amenities is frequently mentioned as a downside. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and facilities.
