Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for accessing the town center and local attractions. Many also highlighted the friendly and helpful staff, with several reviewers mentioning positive experiences at reception and with other team members. However, cleanliness was a significant concern for a number of guests, with reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and unclean bathrooms. Some found the rooms small or basic, and parking availability was limited. Despite these drawbacks, the positive service and location stood out for many visitors.
