Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and its value for money, especially for those seeking budget accommodation in Diu. However, there are significant concerns about the service, with many reviews mentioning rude or unhelpful staff, poor hospitality, and issues with booking and check-in processes. Cleanliness is another major issue, as several guests reported dirty rooms, bathrooms, and amenities, as well as maintenance problems like broken fittings and dust. Many guests also found the rooms to be very small and cramped, with poor ventilation and lack of basic amenities. Overall, while the location and price are strong positives, the hotel needs to address serious issues with service, cleanliness, and room comfort.
