Guests consistently highlight the hotel's exceptional cleanliness, friendly and helpful service, and useful in-room amenities such as fridges, microwaves, and kitchenettes. Many appreciated the comfortable beds and found the hotel to be modern and well-maintained. While the location is convenient for some, especially those visiting the BMW plant, a few mentioned its industrial surroundings and that it is a bit remote without a car.
