Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime and convenient location, close to the beach, railway station, and bus stand. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and linens, and some guests experienced problems with service, including booking denials, rude staff, and unfulfilled reservations. While a few guests found the staff helpful and the rooms comfortable, the overall sentiment was mixed due to recurring problems with cleanliness and service.
