Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests praised the hotel's location and amenities, with several highlighting the beautiful beach, pool, and decor. However, there were frequent complaints about poor service, lack of responsiveness from staff, and issues with cleanliness in both rooms and public areas. Food quality, especially in the main restaurant and breakfast, was often criticized for lack of variety and taste. While some guests found the amenities and atmosphere enjoyable, recurring problems with service and cleanliness detracted from the experience.
