Pros (+) Pet friendly, no extra fees. Pretty clean. Good price.
Cons (-) Hallway noise (drunk guests) easily found its way into the room; could also hear neighbors through the wall. Room was clean, but amenities and updates were subpar compared to competitors. Pet area was not plowed or maintained, walking dogs around the property was difficult.
