Not a luxury hotel. More like a 4 story motel. Excellent location (near beach). Quieter part of town, though some main street car noise can be heard. Clean, simple rooms with with standard amenities (incl. small refrigerator). Friendly staff. Covered parking for quests. Competitively priced.

It ain’t the Four Seasons. Seems like it’s a hundred years old. But the room was very clean and comfortable. Ocean side and quick walk to Bottle and Cork for a concert. I have to mention that all the staff I interacted with were very friendly, helpful, and pleasant.

Pros (+) Staff was friendly and I could tell everyone took pride in keeping the place well-kept to the extent possible. The hotel room was comfortable overall, and the pool was perfect for the kids. The free coffee was a huge plus for me, and the breakfast was overall quite decent considering it was included. The shower was very clean and didn't feel gross to use at all. Cons (-) Like most hotels, certain parts are aging and will need replacement/upgrades soon (for example, the AC is extremely loud and for my friends' room, it worked pretty poorly).
