Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, the 24-hour access to clean pools and hot tubs, and the quality of food at the on-site restaurant. Many appreciated the relaxing atmosphere and found the hotel to be a good value for the price, especially for repeat visitors. However, several reviews noted issues with cleanliness, outdated facilities, and unexpected fees, which detracted from the overall experience for some guests. Despite these drawbacks, the positive experiences with service, pool access, and dining stood out.
