The Renaissance is an excellent place to stay, our second experience and they were very helpful as our registration didn't go quite as expected and they took care of it very smoothly and gave us a complimentary breakfast and a suit upgrade, very much appreciated. We will definitely be back as we frequent venues in Des Moines.
