A bit pricey for what you get- I paid $20-30 more for much nicer accommodations in Denver. It was clean but very bare bones. Fine for a single night if you just need somewhere to sleep- which was what I needed.

Pros (+) One of the most comfortable mattresses I've experienced; a nice surprise for a lower-tier hotel.
Cons (-) Room smelled a bit musty but it wasn't too bad.

Pros (+) The location was right in the middle of where I needed to be. Lots of stuff up and down the street to eat and do at all hours of the night.
Cons (-) Neighborhood is in the middle of a turn around so place looked less than inviting.

Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) Everything. First room we were in had hair on the beds and towels and a foot appeared to have kicked a hole in the bathroom door. The atmosphere reminded us of a place where drunks and people go looking to get high. If ...

Pros (+) The hotel was a good location for visiting the area. It was quite loud on the street outside on Fri and Sat nights and the walls are paper thin, so bring earplugs.
Cons (-) The hotel was pretty run down. There was peeling paint near the baseboards in the bathroom and it smelled like a cheap hotel in the lobby and the room. But it was clean enough and the price was obviously good. If you're not going to be in the room much it's not so bad.

Pros (+) Staff was prompt and helpful. If you can get a room on the east side of the building the bar next door won't bother you. Walkable area, but the neighborhood could be better.
