Friendly & helpful staff. Attentive to any requests or concerns. Hotel provided many services making almost unnecessary to leave hotel property. My only disappointment was that the Starbucks locates in lobby level only open from 6a- 10a M-F. Also open on weekends during same hours! highly recommend for travelers.

Pros (+) Close to university of Denver and an IHOP since this location is on lock down for food options.
Cons (-) Asked for a room up high and with a view. Got the first floor with view to AC system… of which I couldn’t get to bring the room below 70 despite my settings on the thermostat. I had 4 decaf coffee packets and zero caffeinated packs. Had to pay for a coffee at the coffee stand on main level… new marketing scheme? Just kidding but frustrating.

Wasn't planning on this additional charge so really screwed over my weekend plans since I did not receive a instant refund when I called and let them know about this issue. Monday - 3 days later and sti...
