We picked this hotel because it had a pool. We paid to use a pool and the pool was not usable. Stay should be discounted and the customer should be notified about the pool before booking/staying.

Location was close to the airport, had shuttle parking, and we were able to leave our car there during our trip. That is why we picked it. Room was clean. Bed was hard as a rock. AC/heater had a musky odor when turned on. Breakfast could have used an uplift. The variety was good though. Unfortunately $10 a day for parking/ leaving my car there was high. After researching most local hotels charge $...

The room was really cold. The heater didn't work except that it came on for 30 seconds about every hour throughout the night. It was very loud. I finally went out to the desk to complain and the desk clerk gave me two unfolded blankets. When I checked out, the day clerk told me about the card slot inside the door to turn on the heat. Neither of the two other ones mentioned it. The eggs were terrib...

Everything was good. The only thing was that the front desk lady booked us for the wrong shuttle time, but that was amended the next morning.

Carolina, Dec 2017
Pros (+) We travel a lot and used to stay here a few times within the past year. It was very clean, well stocked, good costumer service, and overall good value for your money. However, recently management changed and the Hotel went downhill.
Cons (-) We had BUGS in our room. They looked like half roaches half bed bugs. Disgusting. This was unacceptable. They did end up changing our rooms, but all the rooms ended up being poorly stocked (in one room they didn’t put towels), and with suboptimal hygiene. The customer service went from good to horrible. The supervisor was rude and unprofessional. She did not want to be bothered by costumers.

Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) Few towels and those we had were cheap, thin and small. Basically an overpriced motel 6.
