Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's strategic location, making it convenient for travel and access to city attractions. Many also find the prices affordable and suitable for budget travelers. However, there are widespread complaints about cleanliness, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, insects, and poor maintenance. Service is also a common issue, with reports of unhelpful or unfriendly staff and problems with communication. Bed comfort receives negative feedback due to old, dirty, or uncomfortable bedding. Overall, while the location and price are strong points, improvements in cleanliness, service, and comfort are needed.
