Guests consistently praise the hotel's strategic and quiet location, beautiful gardens, and relaxing pool area, highlighting the tranquil Balinese atmosphere. However, many reviews mention that the rooms and bathrooms are outdated, with issues such as musty smells, poor cleanliness, and maintenance problems.
