Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciate the hotel's prime central location, historic architecture, and impressive views. Some mention friendly or helpful staff and a satisfactory breakfast. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, noise, and the urgent need for renovation. The overall experience is often diminished by outdated furniture, maintenance problems, and lack of comfort, though the building's charm and location remain strong positives.
