We have stayed here before and enjoy it. The kitchen could be a bit bigger and better stocked but overall it worked for us. I understand it is a no smoking property but people below us were smoking out on their balcony which was annoying.

Pros (+) The residents of Nautilus are snowbird retirees from Canada. Some of them are nice, but most of them are snoots, non-friendly who won't give you the time of day. You're invading their "territory which, from an American citizen's perspective is really irritating.
Cons (-) The snooty Canadians. Their disdain for Americans is quite disturbing.
