Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to tourist attractions and central areas. Some staff members are described as polite and helpful, contributing positively to guest experiences. However, many reviews highlight significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, leaking bathrooms, and unpleasant odors. Service quality is mixed, with some guests reporting unprofessional or dismissive behavior, while others found the staff accommodating. Value for money is a concern for several guests, who felt the hotel was overpriced for the level of service and amenities provided. Amenities and room preparation sometimes fell short of expectations, with missing basics and maintenance issues noted. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service are appreciated, improvements in cleanliness, value, and amenities are needed.
