Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its stunning mountain views and peaceful location, with many enjoying the proximity to local attractions and the tranquil atmosphere. However, several reviews highlighted issues with management and staff behavior, citing rudeness, lack of professionalism, and slow or unhelpful service. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests noting clean rooms and others mentioning hygiene concerns. The value for price was questioned by some due to expensive food and basic amenities. Overall, while the scenery and setting were standout positives, service and maintenance require improvement.
