Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central and convenient location near Mall Road and main attractions, as well as the friendly and helpful staff who provided excellent service. Many appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the pleasant atmosphere. However, a significant drawback mentioned by several guests was the lack of an elevator, making access to upper floors difficult, especially for families, seniors, or those with heavy luggage. Some guests also found certain rooms to be small or lacking in natural light. Overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness stood out, though accessibility issues were a common concern.
