Summary of reviews

Guests say
Many guests were dissatisfied with the cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and unclean bedding and bathrooms. Service also received criticism, with reports of unfriendly or unhelpful staff and issues with room changes or amenities. Several guests felt the hotel was overpriced for the quality provided. However, some guests praised the convenient location, comfortable beds, and, in a few cases, the value for the price. Positive mentions included quiet rooms and helpful morning staff, but overall, negative aspects outweighed the positives in these reviews.

Pros (+) Bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well. The staff was pleasant and very helpful.
Cons (-) The blanket had not been changed since last visitor, we had to park in a different area than where our room was, and did not like the door that separated us from the room next door. It did not look secure.
