Liked the value and location. Had a problem with the room door lock which did not work on multiple occasions.

Dirty, run-down. Smelled musty. Window A/C obnoxiously loud. Shower barely drains. Nothing redeemable here.

The rooms and facilities are starting to show their age but the room was large, clean and the bed very comfortable. The location is outstanding and a great value for the money.

Cons (-) It’s a cash cow, they milk it and it still produces. Zero investment in anything of comfort or modernization.

Pros (+) I wish I could have stay there to find out what I like.
Cons (-) If they had given us the rooms we booked it would have been amazing. we booked and paid for the rooms, and then when checking in they said, sorry its a holiday weekend and there was a mix up with your booking and we DON'T HAVE ROOMS for you.... so they out us in a Hilton near by, it was already 9PM when we checked in and missed dinner. Horrible.

Pros (+) Great location. Comfortable clean living area. We had fun hanging out on the deck.
Cons (-) Bathroom definitely needed an upgrade and it wouldn't hurt to clean under the mat in the tub once in a while.
