Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and comfortable beds. Opinions on breakfast and cleanliness were mixed, with some guests enjoying the offerings and others noting issues like cold eggs or leftover waste. Service received both positive and negative feedback, with several guests complimenting friendly staff while others mentioned rudeness or lack of helpfulness. Cleanliness was generally satisfactory but not without complaints about mold, dirty bathrooms, and occasional maintenance issues. Overall, the hotel was seen as comfortable and well-located, though some aspects could be improved.

Suzanne, Sept 2017
Pros (+) Clean!! I was very impressed with cleanliness, staff, breakfast and entire facility!!!
Cons (-) I would have given a perfect score if we had been given the king room we booked. They did take $10 off but I really prefer a king bed. They said since I didn't book through then the room was gone by the time I booked and kayak website was behind.
