Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the airport, making it convenient for travelers. The staff receives positive remarks for their friendliness and helpfulness, often going out of their way to assist guests, even with late arrivals and special requests. Many guests find the beds comfortable, contributing to a good night's rest. However, there are notable complaints about cleanliness in some rooms and bathrooms, as well as recurring issues with the bathroom facilities, particularly with hot water and maintenance. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience is positively influenced by the location and service.
