Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praise the hostel's excellent location, especially its proximity to key city sites and views. Some guests found the staff warm and helpful, with flexible check-in and assistance for tours, while others experienced unhelpful or unfriendly service. Cleanliness and bathroom conditions were a common concern, with multiple reports of poor hygiene, water outages, and maintenance issues. Breakfast was generally simple and sometimes disappointing compared to expectations. Overall, the location stands out as the main positive, but service and facilities are inconsistent.
