Guests frequently praised the hotel's breakfast, convenient location, and comfortable beds. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and bathrooms, as well as negative experiences with staff service, particularly at the reception and with housekeeping. Some guests also mentioned problems with amenities like the pool and air conditioning. Overall, while there are notable positives, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
