Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests highlight the excellent service and friendliness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness of the hotel and the pleasant, warm pool. The location is appreciated for its tranquility, and the hotel is described as comfortable and suitable for families. However, there are repeated complaints about the hardness and discomfort of the beds and pillows, issues with the pool temperature at times, and some find the breakfast or buffet prices high or the breakfast not included. A few guests mention minor maintenance issues, but overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, especially regarding service and pool.
