Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's beautiful grounds, unique architecture, and attentive staff. However, many reviews highlight slow or poor service, especially in restaurants and room service. Several guests felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing high costs for food and amenities. Cleanliness issues were noted in some rooms and public areas. Amenities such as toiletries and coffee were sometimes lacking, and some guests found the location inconvenient or difficult to navigate. Overall, while the hotel has appealing features, improvements in service, value, and cleanliness are needed.
