Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's prime location in Cuenca, its beautiful and well-maintained historic building, and the exceptional service from friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was frequently highlighted as delicious and varied. However, some guests were disappointed by the small size of certain standard rooms and noted occasional noise issues, especially in rooms facing the lobby or courtyard. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was highly positive, with many guests recommending the hotel for its charm, comfort, and excellent amenities.
