Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, which was convenient for exploring the area. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, including unhelpful or disorganized staff and slow responses to requests. Cleanliness was a recurring concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, towels, and bedding. Breakfast quality and amenities such as parking, internet, and soundproofing were also criticized. While a few guests enjoyed the amenities and some staff members, overall, the negatives outweighed the positives in most reviews.
