Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location for visiting the beach, redwoods, and local attractions. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, unclean linens, and poorly maintained bathrooms. Service was often described as unfriendly or unhelpful, with several complaints about rude front desk staff and management. The breakfast offerings were considered minimal or inadequate by most guests. Overall, while the location is a positive, the hotel struggles with cleanliness, service, and breakfast quality.

Very good
Anonymous, May 2017
Pros (+) For the price we paid, this was a really good hotel. I was impressed by the cleanliness especially. The room seemed to be in good order and was kept up well (no broken amenities, etc.)
Cons (-) The continental breakfast didn't have a huge selection of food items. It was still a good breakfast, but a few more choices would have been nice.
